The Salty Mama provides custom-designed apparel, accessories, drinkware, and gifts made through a print-on-demand process. Because many of our products are made specifically for each order, production begins shortly after your purchase is placed.

2. Product Information

We do our best to accurately display product colors, sizing, and descriptions. However, colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings and printing processes.

Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

3. Order Processing

• Most orders are produced within 2–7 business days before shipping.

• Shipping times vary depending on your location and carrier.

• During holidays or promotional periods, production may take longer.

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or changed.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.

5. Shipping

The Salty Mama is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

• Weather

• Carrier delays

• Lost or stolen packages after delivery

• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

6. Intellectual Property

All artwork, graphics, logos, product designs, images, and written content on this website are the property of The Salty Mama and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Refund & Return Policy

At The Salty Mama, every item is made especially for you once your order is placed. Because our products are printed on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

• Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Ordering the wrong size

• Ordering the wrong color

• Changing your mind

• Buyer preference

Please review all sizing charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

• Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

• Damaged

• Defective

• Misprinted

• Incorrect

please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

If the issue is verified, we will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.

• Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please first contact the shipping carrier.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we'll help investigate the shipment.

• Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders enter production quickly, cancellations or changes can only be made within 2 hours of placing your order.

After production begins, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

• Refunds

Refunds are only issued when:

• A replacement cannot be provided

• The product arrives damaged or defective

• We shipped the incorrect item

Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method.
