Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because all items are made-to-order through a print-on-demand partner, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This helps reduce waste and supports a more sustainable business model. However, if there's a problem with your order (like a misprint or damage), please contact us—we want to make it right!
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Oh no! Please email us at info.saltymama@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item with a photo and description of the issue. We’ll do our best to resolve it quickly.
How long will shipping take?
Shipping rates vary depending on the product, destination, and current rates from our print partners. You'll see the exact shipping cost at checkout before you place your order. We ship mostly within the USA. Select items can ship to Jamaica and Canada.
Are your products made sustainably?
Yes! We use print-on-demand to help minimize overproduction and textile waste. Each item is made just for you—thanks for supporting slow fashion and small business!
